Chocolate Cake Baked Without Flour

You will need
  • - 7 eggs;
  • - 160 g of sugar;
  • - 70 g of cocoa;
  • - 250 ml of 20% cream;
  • - 220 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 30 g butter.
Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them well. Stir the whipped whites and a half servings of granulated sugar and continue to beat a few more minutes.
Beat the remaining yolks with the other half of the sugar. After that, add cocoa to them, mix gently.
Combine the whites with the yolks, mix so that the whipped foam does not sleep.
Put baking paper on a baking sheet, brushing it with butter. Then pour the prepared chocolate mass onto it and bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
Cool the cake and cut along into four equal parts with a very sharp knife.
Heat the cream, melt the chocolate pieces in them and mix very thoroughly. Then grease each cake with this cream on each side, lay them on top of each other and pour more cream on top.
Put the finished cake in the fridge for 1.5 hours.
