Curious experiment conducted by the photographer. Even the models themselves were amazed at the result.
There is something fascinating about viewing family photos. But when two “fresh” photographs of close relatives, for example, a mother and daughter, a father and a son, a mother and a son, a father and a daughter, are joined together, something extraordinary turns out. Such a vivid and curious experiment was conducted by photographer Bobby Neil Adams in the project “Family Tree”. Instead of comparing relatives using old photos, Bobby is taking photographs of his closest relatives at the moment and combining their photos in one photo using the “torn photo” method. Even if there is a big difference in age, if some features are different, if the hair color or face shape is significantly different, still this subtle, unique “family feature”, passed on from generation to generation, is present in each photo. This is an undeniable similarity and fascinates a talented photographer.
