I'm sharing a wonderful recipe with you, I'm sure that everyone will like the delicacy!
Dry apple jam
- 1 kg of apples
- 300 g sugar
- 1 tbsp. l. cinnamon
- 1 tsp citric acid
- For this delicious dessert, it is better to take sweet and sour apples or apples of sweet varieties. Cut each apple into thin slices and place them tightly on a baking sheet, cover with sugar, cinnamon and citric acid on top.
- Place the apples in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. After that, spread apples on parchment, lightly sprinkled with sugar, leave to dry for 2-3 days. You can also use an electric dryer or an oven with a fan for this purpose - this drying for several hours will be quite enough.
Finished fragrant slices can be stored in a dry place at room temperature, in plastic trays or glass jars. I assure you, such a delicious billet will not survive until winter! Eats up very quickly and with pleasure.
