Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the garlic (for one minute). Then attach the ham and cook another 4 minutes. While preparing the ham, beat the yolks, adding cream. Then add the cooled ham and again heat everything up on a small fire (so that the eggs do not coagulate). Sprinkle parmesan gently on top and season with salt and pepper. The sauce is ready.

  • To add cheese flavor, add a couple of cubes of blue cheese (Gorgonzola), but first melt it.
  • To add an Italian flavor, add 3 tablespoons of mascarpone (cream cheese).
